   HI David,

   Thank you, so much, for your video. You have given me the motivation and tool to get back into Ashtanga yoga, I stopped about 5years ago when I was pregnant, Starting up a regular practise again I feel stronger and more balanced, mentally, physically, and my spiritual side is also awakening.
