A favorite quote of mine from Pattabhi Jois:
If we practice the science of yoga, which is useful to the entire human community and which yields happiness both here and hereafter – if we practice it without fail, we will then attain physical, mental and spiritual happiness, and our minds will flood towards the Self.

Perhaps you’ve already read the article, “Pilgrimage to the Heart of Yoga” in BusinessWeek Online about the wave of yogis ascending to Mysore, India to practice at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute, but if you haven’t read it yet, I’d recommend taking a look at it. I like your website.
But why are almost all of your links to other sites or articles dead. ?
Thanks for the good read
It looks like the links to the shala pictures are no longer working. Apparently the person hosting the website is no longer doing so. Sorry about that. Maybe I’ll see if I can find some different pictures because the pictures were way cool. Let me know if you run across other links that aren’t working and I’ll try to replace them with ones that are, if at all possible or reasonable. Take care.
