I started yoga when I was 15, and until recently I never really understood the idea of bondage and how labels could obstruct my asana practice. Year of the Smoothie and a Blender Bottle Giveaway

Crushing Fear and Moving Into Growth
I recently had the pleasure of traveling to Alaska with my fiancé’s family to celebrate his grandparent’s 60th wedding anniversary. It was a joyous occasion, filled with celebration and adventure.
