Hip Openers = one of my favorite reasons for practicing yoga asana :) I don't know why anyone would dread hip openers. Satisfy Your Yoga Book Obsession
Today was a great day because I finally received my latest yoga book order from Amazon.com. Took almost two and a half weeks. Luckily (?) I've been busy enough that I didn't really notice the delivery delay. I've sort of been stocking up on my yoga books since I'm heading to Japan for a few years.
