All I can say about this clip is that I really love how the bald guy tries to keep his concentration during the downward facing dog demonstration. More Ashtanga Primary Series on Yoga Today
As a follow-up to yesterday's post on Yoga Today's free on-line yoga classes, here's a link to another Ashtanga Primary Series class from a few weeks ago.
