I’m a big fan of the T.V. show Chuck and last night enjoyed watching his sidekick Morgan navigate a tricky situation with a few yoga moves.

Brian I submitted a guest post several times a few weeks ago, and I’m just trying to follow up with you on it. If it’s a no then at least respond via email. It would be helpful to your serious yoga practitioners.

Just letting you know the embedding doesn’t seem to have worked as the video does not want to play..
I just checked the video and it seemed to work fine. Sorry if it’s not working for you.
Fantastic video. I’m interested in the connection between yoga and weight loss. I think it comes down to the changes that occur in a person with regular practice. I’m sure the classes and exercise help, but after a while one develops a more relaxed attitude towards food and makes better choices. Thanks!
Hi Brian, Hilarious video! Wonder if this will inspire the men to get on the mat?
BTW – your embedding is disabled so you have to watch it on youtube. Thanks
Hahaha, thanks for sharing.
