It’s a bit of a video overload this weekend, but this Ashtanga clip, shot on location in India, was too good to sit on. The synchronization and scenic backgrounds are simply amazing. I loved it and I’m sure you will too. I believe it was created by Steven Green who teaches classes at the Yoga Workshop in Boulder, Colorado.
