Yoga Journal Conferences Audio Archives

rodney_multimedia.jpgIf you’ve never had the chance to attend a Yoga Journal Conference, you may feel like me that you’re out of the loop and missing out on all the fun. Luckily, Yoga Journal maintains an Audio Archive of some of the great talks, panels, and keynote addresses from the conferences dating back to 2005. If nothing else, at least you can download a talk, pop on your headphones, close your eyes, and pretend that you were there. The archive also provides a good listening option if you’re looking for something interesting to listen to on a long drive. One of my favorite panel discussions (the panel consisted of Gary Kraftsow, Judith Hanson Lasater, David Life, and Desiree Rumbaugh) was on Living the Yamas and Niyamas in Daily Life (click the link to directly download). The panelists provided some great insight on how yoga ought to influence our actions and daily life even when we are away from the mat. So, if you have the time and are looking for some inspiration, head on over to the archive and find something you’re interested in.
