As a lamp in a windless place…

As a lamp in a windless place does not waver,
so the yogi whose mind is focused
remains always steady in meditation
on the transcendent self.

  2. What a beautiful passage. The metaphor used here keeps on flashing on my mind ever since I read this. Now I have another subject to think about when meditating aside from the crashing waves of the ocean. 🙂
