Devoted much of the evening to devouring William J. Broad's soon-to-be-released book, The Science of Yoga. Not many candle-burning, page-turning yoga books out there, but this is definitely one of them. Tough book to put down. As I've recently been learning more about the modern patriarch of yoga, Sri T.
