10 Tips for Mindful Living
It's not always easy to practice mindful awareness when the day starts to get hectic. A pleasant hour on the yoga mat early in the morning can quickly become a long lost memory once we put the keys in the ignition and hit the gas pedal. It seems like the busier the day gets, the more quickly our intention to be mindful is replaced with reaction, and pretty soon our emotions seem like they are being driven by each passing event. When that happens we might start to wonder whether our meditation … [Read more...] about 10 Tips for Mindful Living
10 Great Reasons to Try Yoga

If you're in the same boat, next time you feel like popping a couple of ibuprofen to get through the last two hours of the day, instead why not practice a litte Face Yoga to release the tension. … [Read more...] about Face Yoga – The Quick and Easy Office Yoga Routine
AshtangaNews
I ran across a great image on the AshtangaNews blog today (check out the image below). It was produced by Flickr Leech, an image application that creates image collages based on keywords. All you have to do is type in "Ashtanga" and a great set of photos pops up. It looks like it could be especially helpful for looking up poses by name. I just really love looking at all the cool poses one after the other. Might as well give it a try! AshtangaNews looks like an excellent yoga blog as well. … [Read more...] about AshtangaNews
