Time for Yoga…

Have a hard time fitting yoga into your day?  Consider this simple thought:

“Instead of finding time to practice Yoga, practice Yoga all the time.” ~ Bob Weisenberg

  1. Thanks for the reference, Brian. This idea of Yoga being an integral part of everyday life has been a frequent topic for discussion on the Yoga Journal Community. It always generates a lot of interesting comments.

  2. It’s the simplest of thoughts that are sometimes the hardest to digest. Thanks for such an inspirational quote, I was finding it difficult to find time for the things I enjoy in my day to day life. I work with Del Monte, and if anyone is also looking to eat healthier on a hectic schedule, we have these new citrus bowls and Superfruits out that are really quite good. The fruit comes pre-peeled and the container makes it easy to take with you anywhere. Has anyone tried them? If you’re interested, visit the website and grab some coupons :). There are also some great recipes that are light and easy to prepare at home!

  4. HI,
This is my basic problem. I was taking lessons and decided that one hour a week is probably not enough and that I should do it more often, like everyday. What is the best time to do your daily Yoga? I was thinking about first thing in the morning to get a good start on the day, maybe followed by a few quiet moments with a nice cup of tea. We sell Yoga products on our website http://www.frogkreek.com and would love to do a link exchange with you. Hope to hear from you soon.

    1. Hey Russ, Thanks for stopping by and saying hi. I’ve experimented with all sorts of practice times and have found that for me early morning works best for getting in a good home yoga practice.

As for a link for link exchange, sounds great. You’re linked up. Best wishes for your business! Brian

  5. I am extremely impressed with your writing skills as well as with the layout on your weblog. Is this a paid theme or did you customize it yourself? Either way keep up the nice quality writing, it is rare to see a nice blog like this one today..

  6. Hi Brian.

    That’s a great article.
I used to be steady on my practice and mornings did work well during about 6 years of more or less stable Yoga practice.
My “problem” came when I had 2 wonderful children that changed my life completely.
Brought wonderful things but destroyed my Yoga practice 🙂
I keep trying to adapt my practice to the evenings but it has not been easy to focus after such intense days…
But I am not giving up!
I’m motivated to do yoga retreats, here’s my website: http://www.retreats-tuscany.com
Would love to do a link exchange with you.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    All the best
    Miguel
