Practiced yoga out on the dock again today after running 4 miles home from a pancake breakfast. Today was more blustery than normal, which made Tree pose more of an adventure than normal. I could definitely get used to living right on the water. I finished up with a nice meditation on the rippling waves. I'm also definitely getting pumped about this new Yoga Hack website concept. Lots more to come in the next week hopefully. … [Read more...] about Yoga Challenge Day 9 ~ Tree in the Wind

Yoga Challenge Day 7 ~ The Chatter Box
I have the cutest little daughter in the world named Kennedy. Even though she's only five years old, it's quite possible that she's said more words in her short life than I've said in my 30 or so years of human existence. I eat dinner slowly, distracted by work. I put the challenge out of my mind. I work. I finally decide that's enough work for one day. Not like … [Read more...] about Yoga Challenge Day 5 ~ Obstacles

I’m floating elsewhere away for now, back in five minutes that little hand-drawn sign swinging from … [Read more...] about Filament: A yoga poem from a new friend
