I totally agree! I’ve been doing a 30-day challenge, this time mostly consisting of home practices. I’m making them minimum 30 mins (which isn’t all that short, but shorter than my usual 60-90 minute classes) and even that makes such a calming and centering difference!
Amen to that.
I never want to go back to the life without daily yoga practise. Yoga saved my life several years ago. Now I hope to support others to find their way to the mat -regulary.
This is true and good to remember. It makes the goal less intimidating to know you can still get health benefits by doing it a few minutes!
An awesome post. Isn’t it amazing how much you can change your life simply by committing to a few minutes of goodness in your day? Whether it’s yoga, positive thinking, or compassion, we all have the power to make a change, small steps at a time. Lovely!
So true! I’m going to try this abbreviated primary series today!
Good point. I’m a relative novice, but have been gradually increasing my practice time. I recently found myself skipping days that I had really wanted to practice because I didn’t find an hour or more for it. So I decided to just take what I could get, even if only 15 or 20 minutes.
Thanks for sharing the video. It looks like a good session for 28 minutes, very useful on days where time is limited.
