I’ve gotten out of the habit of doing a Sun Salutation in the morning. It truly is a great series. It stretches everything and if you do it quickly it really helps you wake up.
I hate to pick a nit… who are we kidding, I love nit picking… be careful putting so much pressure on your spine in the morning. When we first wake up our spine is hydrated and more prone to injury. After a half hour or so seated or standing, your spine should be safe for all of the bending and stretching. If you’ve been doing this routine for a while, you may be able to do it as soon as you wake up with nothing to worry about.

Love the picture! Did you make it?
Brian, great graphic! Where did you get it?
