It’s been a while since we’ve posted any good yoga clips on Daily Cup of Yoga, but I just ran across this exceptional demonstration by Briohny Smyth and Dice lida-Klein to kick off last year’s launch of yourBuddhi.com. Just had to share it…I thought it was pretty mesmerizing and the music is great as well, so watch and enjoy!
