Click on the poster for an amazing ashtanga yoga desktop background! Think you're ready for the Intermediate Series? Here's the poster... Update: Many have asked where they can find this poster for purchase. Good question. I believe it used to be available on YogaLifestyle.com, but they seem to have replaced it with a poster by Matthew Sweeney. I've searched high and low for additional copies of the Axel Dinse poster to no avail. But, if you click on the poster above, you can view an … [Read more...] about Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series Poster

Living Yoga
Living Yoga looks like an interesting documentary exploration of the history of yoga in the West. I always love Woodstock footage. My mother-in-law went to Woodstock, which makes me laugh every time I think about it. … [Read more...] about Living Yoga
Yoga for Men
I love books! I especially love free books! If you don't mind reading books in PDF format, I ran across Yoga for Men by Thomas Claire on Scribd. I'm just … [Read more...] about Yoga Journal Podcasts

I ran across a series of ten minute video clips designed by a yoga instructor for bringing a little bit of yogic awareness into the workplace … [Read more...] about Yoga for Work

Isn't it fantastic how much we can learn from each other these days? The main problem with all of this web surfing and information gathering is that most of us sit there at the computer with perfectly … [Read more...] about Don’t forget to breathe!
