Thanks for saying hi! I did get the DVD and plan on reviewing it soon. I’ve done the main practice a couple of times now and have nothing but good things to say. I’ve even done the practice with my four year old daughter. She loves to turn on the DVD and watch it and try the poses while I get ready for work in the mornings.
